Dr. Snodgrass is the most published author in history on hypospadias surgery, with over 50 peer-reviewed medical articles specifically on this topic, plus numerous book chapters and his own textbook Hypospadiology. He is also recognized as a passionate advocate for evidence-based practice and quality improvement for surgeons to achieve the best results. Along with his colleague Dr. Nicol Bush, he established the non-profit Operation Happenis to bring greater awareness to this common birth defect that few have heard of.
