Walter S FosterWalter Foster ('Jack') has unique qualifications to write an audio book on bonds. He formed the first Credit Rating Committee at JP Morgan, NY, and served as its Chairman for many years. He also served there as a Mergers and Acquisitions Advisor, anda Corporate Finance Specialist, for an additional 15 years. Following that, he was primary instructor for eight years for Standard and Poors, NY, teaching corporate credit analysis seminars to new hires within S&P, and to outside clients who subscribed to S&P's renowned rating service. Over the past 20 years, he has conducted over 200 corporate and bank credit rating seminars in over 15 countries including Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Hong Kong, China, South Korea, Japan, Singapore, Indonesia, Australia, Mexico, Sweden, Switzerland, Germany, England, France, and the U.S. His clients included New York Institute of Finance, Federal Reserve Bank of NY, Bank of England, Fannie Mae, National Australia Bank, Credit Suisse First Boston, Credit Lyonnais, Merrill Lynch (New York, Tokyo, Toronto), and the National Credit Union Administration.
