W J StankiewiczEducated in Poland and Great Britain, Dr. Stankiewicz has taught at the Polish University College in London and at the University of Toronto. He has been a visiting fellow at the Center of International Studies, Princeton University, and a research asociate at the Mid-European Studies Center in New York. His work has been widely published (the substance of the present work's third chapter was an article in Proceedings of the American Philosophical Society), and he has contributed articles to Der Deutsche Hegenott and Proceedings of the Huguenot Society of London, among other journals.
