Vijay SatheVijay Sathe was previously on the faculty at the Harvard Business School and has taught occasionally at IMD (International Institute for Management Development) in Lausanne, Switzerland. He received a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the Universit of Pune, India; an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin; and an M.B.A and a Ph.D. in Business Administration from Ohio State University. Vijay is an expert in the areas of leadership and cultural change, building winning executive teams, and revitalization of the organization and self.
