Vicky LilfordVicky Lilford lives in Birmingham with her husband. She is a retired GP who worked in a University Medical Practice for 25 years and previously for some years in Bradford. She was born into a family of architects going back 4 generations. Her grandpaents' and her parents' hobby was water colour painting which has inspired the pictures in this book. This is the first book that she has illustrated having rekindled an interest in painting since her retirement. She has an interest in children's books as she has 5 (soon to be 6) grandchildren.
