He was born in the former USSR and spent the first half of his life living behind the Iron Curtain until he immigrated to the US. Since then, he worked in private industry an academia on numerous projects sponsored by industry and the U.S. Government agencies. During his distinguished career in the US, Dr. Malin has published more than 50 scientific articles and books.
