V D MossforestV.D. Mossforest was born in 1994 in Conroe, Texas. Growing up she was always at anadvanced reading level then other kids her age. By middle school she was reading "Clanof the Cave Bear" by Jean M. Auel; "Necroscope" by Brian Lumley; and "Dark Lover"b J.R.Ward. She was inspired to write her own stories when she read a Paranormal YAnovel by Amelia Atwater-Rhodes called "In the Forest of the Night". Quickly finishingher first novella with the help of one of her grandmothers, Dottie Goudy, it would laterbe published after she was out of the military.Graduating in 2012 and joining May 2013 she served two and a half years in theUnited States Navy and was honorably discharged before she went on tour.
