Trinh PhamTrinh Pham, PharmD, BCOP is an Associate Clinical Professor at the University of Connecticut's School of Pharmacy. Her practice site is at the Yale New Haven Hospital, Smilow Cancer Center where she provides education to the oncology pharmacists, phamacy residents, and pharmacy students along with the medical oncology team in the areas of pain management and supportive care. Dr. Pham completed her Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy at the University of Texas in Austin. She also completed a post-baccalaureate Doctor of Pharmacy and a specialized oncology residency and fellowship at the University of Oklahoma. Dr. Pham is a board certified oncology pharmacist.
