Tracy Nicole DunstanA lifelong Fishkill resident, Tracy Nicole Dunstan attended local schools, including Fishkill Elementary, John Jay High School, and Marist College. She earned her master of arts in American history from Fordham University and has ties to community oranizations, such as Trinity Church and Mount Gulian Historic Site.
