Tracey AytonWith more than 25 years in the Learn to Swim industry, Tracey Ayton has experience in every role from teacher to trainer, coach to manager, and even therapist. With a focus on drowning prevention, she has developed an award-winning baby progra and the current curriculum at Little Heroes Swim Academy, a swim school that specializes in teaching students with disabilities. Tracey is currently a presenter of the Swim Australia Teacher of Swimming, Infants and Toddlers and Learners with a Disability teacher accreditation courses. She received the Austswim Teacher of the Year for infant and preschool swimming for two consecutive years, the Swim Australia Meritorious Award for outstanding service in the Learn to Swim program, and many other community service awards.
