Tom HouffTom Houff is the author of On Richmond's Wheel, originally released in 2012. He is a lifelong cyclist, who began bike racing in 1982. He serves as a USA Cycling Official. He is a member of the Altius Cycling Team and serves as a liaison to the Friend of Bryan Park. Houff is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University with a degree in Mass Communications, with an emphasis on News Editing.
