Tom DespardTom Despard is a poet, world traveler, and community leader. His four published poetry collections explore a wide range of subjects and he has also authored four business books. He is the creator of Performance Avenues, a workplace assessment. A retied builder and consultant, Tom is an advisor to the International Network of Creatives in Naples, Florida. He and his wife Gayle spend their summers in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. He finds inspiration in relationships with family and friends, through his faith, and reading and writing.
