Tom BumpTom and his wife April, have four young adult children.Tom has been in ministry for over thirty years. He has served in churches across four states, ranging in attendance from 50 up to 5,000. Tom has served in many positions, from Interim Lead Pastor to Children's Pastor, and many other roles. Tom is also the founder and lead coach for Restoring Leaders.org that offers retreats and online care groups to help hurting or burned out ministry leaders get back in and stay in ministry.Tom is also the host of The Kids Ministry Collective Podcast and administers its Facebook group.
