Tita L GrayAfter 25 years of corporate experience in various industries, Dr. Tita Gray decided to pursue her dream of teaching. After moving to San Diego, she got her break by being in the right place at the right time. A friend asked her to take his place speaing at a seminar at San Diego State University and the rest is her story. She was given an opportunity to teach in the Fowler College of Business. Her love for teaching garnered her 6 "outstanding faculty" awards, a Mortar Board award, and two Quest for the Best awards. Dr. Gray eventually became the Assistant Dean of Student Affairs in the Fowler College of Business and completed her Doctorate in Education degree. She also completed the coveted Harvard Institute Management Development Program. This is her first book. She currently resides in the Miami/Ft.
