Tiegang Jiang蒋铁刚（1968.8-2022.4）, 北京独立学者，笔名塞疆、野夫。1968年8月生于河北省阜ࣇ;县，1986.9-1990.6就读于武汉工学院电子工程系应用电子技术专业，1992.9-1995.6就读于北京农业大学经管学院的农业经济及管理专业。之后供职于《中国改革》和《战略与管理》杂志社，长期关注中国中长期发展的战略问题，从2013.10-2022.4编写周刊《高端看点》共597期，著有《阻力--影响中国社会经济发展的重大问题》《给中国老板的第一份内参》《我们这个时代的人》《复兴大业----对中国二十一世纪的建言》《大国的兴衰之道》《国有企业的特性和改革》《中国国富论》《天地翻覆静悄悄--中国经济体制改革简史》等。Tiegang Jiang(1968.8-2022.4), is a Beijing independent scholar, whose pen name is Sejiang and Yefu.
