Thomas W CrowterThomas Crowter has retired from a full and adventurous career with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. There are many stories to be told of his own experience, that he has written into an autobiography. He draws upon those experiences and knowledge ofpolice work to write fictional police stories. The content of his first book, A Fine Line, and now his second book, The Runaway, tells a story that hits close to home for himself and many other police officers.
