Thomas RamstackThomas Ramstack teaches special education for Milwaukee Public Schools. He holds bachelor's degrees in history and psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, as well as a master's degree in special education from Cardinal Stritch Univrsity. As a child, his father took the time to tell personal tales, dating to the 1920s and 1930s, describing various neighbors he encountered as a boy while growing up in the then very rural communities of Elm Grove and Brookfield.
