Thomas HintzenThomas Hintzen studied law with a focus on public commercial law at EBS University in Wiesbaden and Stellenbosch University in South Africa. In 2018, he passed the first legal examination and completed a master's degree in economics a year later. Subequently, he began writing his doctoral thesis at the Institute for Public Commercial Law under Prof. Dr. Sebastian Graf von Kielmansegg at the Christian-Albrechts-Universitat in Kiel. Thomas Hintzen's dissertation was awarded a scholarship from the German National Merit Foundation. Since September 2022, he has been completing his legal clerkship at the Duesseldorf District Court.
