Thomas FieldingThe author, Thomas Fielding suffered a severe spinal injury and a dislocated hip in a motorcycle accident when he was a young man. As he aged, and gained weight, he realized that the only way he was going to stay out of a wheel chair was to lose the elly fat and extra weight that had accumulated over the years from a diet of too much fat food. As he began to research nutritional health, he started reading, The Fat Flush Plan and Fat Flush Foods, written by Ann Louise Gittleman PhD., CNS and was inspired by the information he gained from those books, to change his diet, change his shape and maintain a much healthier and physically active lifestyle. As Thomas became more focused on his personal health, he was living in a rural environment in the great Pacific Northwest, but he was 40 miles from the closest gym and needed to get physical in addition to changing his diet. Thomas always loved to dance so he developed his personal dancEnergy workout that he could do at home, at any time of day. Over the next 5 months, documented by personal medical records, Thomas lost 50 pounds and improved the shape of his body dramatically. All the information he had gained over this period of time was organized on 5x7 cards and he began to feel the potential for a workbook that would help other men improve their health and change their shape as he had done. After reading an interview with Queen Noor in the Rotarian and her statement educate a woman and you will educate an entire family, Thomas realized that the workbook he envisioned for men, would have the most impact and exponential value if he focused his writing on women. Thomas Fielding has no credentials as a health or nutrition expert, and there are no fancy letters or titles after his name, and he has often questioned his ability to produce and market a book successfully. But, after several years of effort, the manuscript was finally completed, and in the process of receiving permission from Ann Louise to reference her work extensively, she praised his work extensively and offered her highly recommended endorsement. Thomas Fielding sincerely wishes every reader a successful journey out of fat agony hell. Read More Read Less
