His work experience includesworking as an elementary school teacher, guidance officer, department manager, motivational speaker, professor, minister, and counselor.Dr. Chatman is currently the Dean of Student Support Services/Campus Deanat Tidewater Community College and has been employed at the college for 15years. During his tenure, he has held various positions to include psychologyinstructor, program coordinator, and counselor. He has a passion for helpingstudents and staff reach their full potential.
