Tetsushi IkegamiTetsushi Ikegami is a professor of telecommunication in the Department of Electronics and Bioinformatics, Meiji University, Kawasaki, Japan. Before his professorship, he led ETS-V, ETS-VI, COMETS Mobile and Ka and mm-waveband satellite experimental tams at the Kashima Space Research Center of the Communications Research Laboratory (CRL, now NICT).
