Terry Zeuhsow

Terry ZeuhsowTerry desired to serve God with his life. He entered pre-ministerial studies at Concordia Junior College in Milwaukee, WI and Concordia Senior College in Fort Wayne, IN. Before continuing on to seminary, he directed and sang in a Christian music grou at churches and schools across the eastern half of the United States for the next year. Towards the end of this tour, he felt led by God to serve Him in ways other than as a pastor. Terry enrolled at Concordia Teachers College in Seward, NE. There he met his wife and served as a graduate assistant-one year each in theology and science. Upon graduation, Terry taught at Luther North High School in Chicago, IL, and later at Lutheran High School of Dallas, TX. Then, after four years in Christian teaching, Terry began a three-decade career at Electronic Data Systems as a systems engineer, in research and development, and ultimately as an enterprise architect. While there, he also received a master's in Human Relations and Business. When EDS was purchased, and Terry's job was ultimately moved overseas, he retired and took advantage of an assistance program to find another job. This led to Terry attending Physician Assistant school at UT Southwestern in Dallas, TX. Upon graduation, Terry worked two years each at Neurology Consultants of Dallas and now at Hope Speaks, a Christian psychiatry practice in Richardson, TX. Terry has served as congregational president, board of elders chairman, and vicar at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church in Carrollton, TX. He has also led adult Bible classes at various congregations over the past forty years. Terry has been married to his wife Angi now for 44 years (off to a great start!), and they have two daughters and three grandchildren. His hobbies include choir, family games, and long walks.
