Terry Joe GunnelsTERRY JOE was born in Columbia, South Carolina and grew up in Hampton, Va. For the past 45 years, he and his wife have invested in rental real estate from Delaware to North Carolina. Terry is a licensed building contractor and was licensed in four sttes doing commercial store build-outs. Presently, he is semiretired but still manages their property in multiple states. He was president of an investment group, organized and taught real estate investment seminars using workbooks he wrote specially for that purpose. The Landlord's Inheritance is his first novel. He received a diploma from Eastern Baptist College and a degree from Central Baptist Bible College in Religious Education (BRE).
