Terri ForehandAuthor Terri Forehand is the author of The ABC's of Cancer According to Lilly Isabella Lane, a picture book for children. She is also the author of The Cancer Prayer Book, a guide for adults. She has been a nurse for many years practicing in the emerency room or the pediatric intensive care unit. Ms. Forehand especially enjoyed her elementary school nursing years when her children were young. Currently and for the last several years she has worked in a neonatal critical care for premature newborns. She lives in a log cabin with her husband in Nashville, Indiana which they share with rescue dogs and cats of all ages. She is the mother of 3 adult children and 4 grandchildren who are a constant inspiration for new stories. Besides reading and writing, her favorite hobbies include sewing, quilting and making primitive dolls.
