Teresa VeraDr. Teresa Vera is a Chemical Researcher of the CEAM Foundation, one of the largest research facilities in Spain and in Europe to study atmospheric chemical processes. She is also a Researcher for the Atmospheric Pesticide Research Group of Valencia. She obtained her PhD at the Valencia University and has more than 25 years of experience in atmospheric chemistry. Her main interest is the study of reactions in the gas phase in the troposphere (reactions with sunlight, ozone and OH radicals), determination of volatile and semi-volatile organic compounds, degradation of pesticides in air and reduction of atmospheric pollution with photocatalytic materials. She is also interested in indoor air quality, participating in a COST action of Indoor Air Pollution and has collaborated with international groups like CNRS-ICARE (France), University College Cork (Ireland) University of Birmingham (UK), University of Leeds (UK), University of Wuppertal (Germany), and University of Colorado Boulder, CO, USA.
