Ted HiggsTed Higgs currently teaches Latin. Italian, and special topics classes at Maryville College in Tennessee. He has taught at the college level for over 35 years-at the US Military Academy, the University of Maryland (European Division), Elizabethtown Cmmunity and Technical College, the University of Kentucky, and elsewhere. He is a retired Army officer and a linguist, having worked and translated in both Modern Greek and Italian.
