Tarlach McGonagleTarlach McGonagle, PhD, is a senior researcher/lecturer at the Institute for Information Law (IViR), University of Amsterdam, the Netherlands. He is also a senior researcher at the Netherlands Network for Human Rights Research and a member of he Euromedia Research Group. He specializes in and has published widely on a broad range of topics relating to international and European human rights law, media law and policy and journalism. He regularly does expert work for the Council of Europe and the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe.
