Tapan Kumar MohantaDr. Tapan Kumar Mohanta is currently a Research Assistant Professor at the University of Nizwa in Oman. Before joining the University of Nizwa, Dr. Mohanta was working as a Research Professor at Yeungnam University, Gyeongsan, South Korea. Dr. Mohant also worked as a postdoctoral research associate at the G.B. Pant University of Agriculture and Technology, Pant Nagar, India and the National Institute of Plant Genome Research, New Delhi, India. To his credit, Dr. Mohanta has more than 70 SCI/SCI-E indexed peer-reviewed research publications in Q1, Q2, and Q3 journals in the field of plant genomics, molecular biology, metabolomics, and nanomaterial science. In addition, Dr. Mohanta has contributed several book chapters and other research publications as well.
