She has been associated with a number of B-Schools and Universities of repute in Kolkata, Madurai, Bangalore and presently she is working with Rajalakshmi School of Business, Chennai as an Associate Professor in Organizational Behaviour/Human Resource Management vertical. Thoroughly good academic track record with university ranks, she is an Ex- research fellow of Indian Council of Medical Research.
