Tammie McParlandDr. McParland is an Assistant Professor in the School of Nursing at Nipissing University. She has extensive nursing experience spanning several practices-rural, remote, medical-surgical, telepractice, labour and delivery, intensive and critical care,and education. She is a founding member of the Ontario Simulation Alliance and CANSim, which focuses on the use of all forms of simulation pedagogy in nursing education. She has served on the board of directors for the Registered Nurses' Association of Ontario as the education member-at-large.
