Takuji WasedaTakuji Waseda is an Associate Professor in the Department of Ocean Technology Policy and Environment/ Oceanography and Ocean Engineering Division of Environmental Sciences at The University of Tokyo. He received his PHD in 1997 at the University of Clifornia, Santa Barbara.
