Tabli Ghosh

Tabli GhoshDr. Tabli Ghosh is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Food Engineering and Technology, Tezpur University, India. She obtained her Ph.D. from the Department of Chemical Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati, India. Her Ph.D. wok focused on developing and evaluating the effectiveness of functional biopolymeric nanocomposite based edible nano-coatings and sustainable secondary packaging of food products. Dr. Ghosh was a special research student at the United Graduate School of Agricultural Science, Gifu University, Japan, during her Ph.D with JASSO Fellowship.
Dr. Ghosh authored and edited books on nanotechnology and sustainable polymers, and has published several articles and book chapters in reputed peer reviewed international journals and books. Dr. Tabli has also been awarded with Best Poster Awards in national and international conferences. She is a lifetime member of the Association of Food Scientists & Technologists, India (AFST(I)) and Society for Polymer Science (SPSI), India.
