T a HugginsTammi Huggins resides in Avon, Indiana for majority of the year and in the North Tampa area for the winter months, although she was born and raised in Northwest Pennsylvania. She received her PhD in Leadership Administration in Higher Educatio from Indiana State University and is the author of Murder and Misconception, the first in the Ben Time Mystery series.
