Syed Amir AshrafDr. Syed Amir Ashraf is Assistant Professor at Department of Clinical Nutrition, University of Hail, Saudi Arabia. Previously, he was engaged with Department of Food Technology, Jamia Hamdard, Hamdard University, and New Delhi, India. He holds more tan 8 years of research and teaching experience. He is an associate member of CII (Confederation of Indian Industry), member Of AIFPA (All India Food Processors Associations), American Society for Nutrition (ASN) as well as Canadian Nutrition Society (CNS). His research interest includes residual analysis focusing on Antibiotic residues in food matrix, Method development and validation for residual analysis, New Product development, nutraceutical & Function food, Wet chemistry. His Research has received funding from Research Deanship of University of Hail, Hail, and Saudi Arabia.
