Suzanne SheranSuzanne Sheran is an American writer and artist whose creations showcase her love of wordplay, mischief and animals. In addition to authoring children's books, she is a professional dog portraitist (worksofarfportraits.com) who has also been commissined to paint the occasional pet chicken or goat, but no gnus (yet). Suzanne is a former creative in the product development world where she sharpened her wit coming up with punny names and concepts for kids products. Suzanne holds a degree in English Literature from the University of Michigan and a fine arts degree from the School of Visual Arts in New York City. She received her Master's degree in Art Education from Queens College which culminated in a thesis exploring visual literacy and the art of the picture book.
