Susan laid the foundation for improved hiring, rtention and promotion of women at PwC Canada while championing its diversity and inclusion efforts. In 1994, Susan was the only women promoted to partner at PwC Canada. Ten years later, she was the first woman elected to PwC's Global Board. She continues to serve on four corporate boards in her retirement. Susan lives with her husband and her rescue dog Corabelle, in Mississauga, Ontario and spends her winters in Scottsdale, Arizona.
