Sue MacLaineSue MacLaine is a UK theatre-maker, writer and performer with a singularly driven voice. She writes scripts that are intensively researched and constructed. Her work is inventive in form, poetic in language, full of wit and dead-pan humour. She delibrately strains against the traditional relationships between performer and audience. Each of her works is different in form and setting; taking place in traditional theatre spaces and site-specifically, the creative inquiry allowing a marrying of form and subject.
