Suat IrmakDr. Suat Irmak is a Professor and Department Head of Agricultural and Biological Engineering at Penn State. His has expertise in evapotranspiration, soil and water resources and irrigation engineering, conservation, agricultural water management, impct of climate change on water resources and agricultural and natural resources productivity, and environmental biophysics. He founded and led The Agricultural Water Management Network that enabled adoption of new technologies for conservation of water and energy resources in agriculture.
