Steven MinniearSteve Minniear moved to Dublin in 1987 looking, like so many others, for an affordable house, a place to raise his family, good schools and a reasonable commute. He is the president of the Dublin Historical Preservation Association and served eight yars on the City of Dublin Heritage and Cultural Arts Commission.
