Steve ShirleySteve Shirley was born in New Orleans in 1960. He graduated from Tulane University with a degree in Electrical Engineering and has worked for a Fortune 500 company as an engineer for over 35 years, attaining the position of Senior Manager / Program Cief Engineer. Having spent time working in many jobs since the age of ten, his work life has provided a wide spectrum of encounters with people from all walks of life. His parents were from a small town in Kansas, providing education and experience on farming and ranching in his early years.
