Stephen YazullaDr. Stephen Yazulla PhD. Professor Emeritus at Stony Brook University's Department of Neurobiology and Behavior, and of Ophthalmology.(1974-2013). Dr. Yazulla's Retina Research Laboratory's research was for 35 years devoted to the neurophysiology, neroanatomy, and neurochemistry of the retina for 35 years while funded by the National Eye Institute. In excess of 100 publications document Yazulla's research findings. He has numerous invited presentations at national and international universities as well as memberships and presentations at Scientific Conferences: Association for Research in Vision and Ophthalmology. His teaching experience includes Undergraduate Biology, Physiology, and Neuroscience courses; Pre-Nursing Laboratory courses; Neurophysiology, and Neuropharmacology Graduate courses; and Retinal Neuroscience lectures to M.D.'s in the Ophthalmology Residency Program.
