Stephen E JonesStephen Jones completed his undergraduate education at Caltech and earned a PhD in experimental physics at Cornell University, and thereafter was on the research faculty at MIT doing plasma physics and astrophysics. His wife, a psychiatrist, encouragd his growing interest in neuroscience and long desire to become a doctor, and he entered medical school at Tufts University. He completed all of his post-graduate training at Massachusetts General Hospital, finishing with a neuroradiology fellowship.
