Stephanie WetherillStephanie Wetherill grew up in the land of tumbleweeds and cotton in the small community of Childress in the Texas Panhandle. Research led her to the realization that many grapevines fancy the same growing conditions as cotton. An adventurous nature nherited from her father led her to the conclusion that wine was decidedly more exciting than cotton, and thus her passion for wine first began. After a few humble attempts at wine making and grape growing, she conceded she would have to put her passion on hold. She continued to expand her knowledge and gain considerable appreciation for wine by completing courses from institutes such as the International Sommelier Guild Stephanie and visiting vineyards around the world. Stephanie has been awarded the Certified Specialist of Wine (CSW) designation from the Society of Wine Educators and serves as a wine judge at major competitions.
