Stephanie T McCoyStephanie McCoy is an advocate for the earth and healthy food for all. Her time and energy is spent searching for ways we can work together to improve the nutrition and availability of food to all in the world. She volunteers with and advises the Gwinnett County Cooperative Extension including Gwinnett 4-H; serves on the Food Insecurity Committee of the Gwinnett Coalition for Health and Human Services; and is known around the community as the plant lady for donating time, knowledge, seeds, plants and produce as much as possible. Stephanie is working to find ways that support what is already working; implement new programs where needed; maintain or improve budgets; and improve the healthfulness, efficiency, and environment in our food systems. In February of 2020 she founded her company, Terminus ATL, to provide agricultural, technological, and logistical solutions to the challenges we face in our global food system today.
