She is the mother of three adult children and two grandcildren. She is the founder of STELLAResults Wellness / Mindset Coaching where she supports people to navigate life's emotional challenges enabling them to find the happiness they seek. Her passion for healing comes from having herself experienced childhood trauma, which affected many areas of her life including her physical and mental health. Her treating doctor told her many years ago that the damage to her nervous system due to the trauma she had experience could never be healed. Despite this she believed there was more to her than her life experiences. She continued to search for what she knew deep down was her birth right.
