I would meditate and read books that talked about the complicated ways our minds wor.One thing that happened when I was a teenager really changed my life. I had this weird moment where I felt like I was standing on a tree, looking back at myself, and asking, "Who am I?" That experience made me want to spend my life trying to understand myself and grow spiritually.But it wasn't until I was about 45 years old that I really started to take this journey seriously. For the past 10 years, I've been on my own private journey to find myself spiritually. I don't follow any specific religion or spiritual group. I think the path to understanding yourself is different for everyone - it's a journey of helping yourself and becoming stronger.Through this journey of looking inside myself, I've learned a lot of valuable lessons and gained a lot of wisdom that I really want to share with other people.
