Simon MoldA native of the Peak District, Simon Mold has spent his working life as a teacher of English and Classics and as a singer in some of England's leading choirs. He has published many articles in well-known musical and literary magazines, and has composd a sizeable body of music which is widely performed. Two albums featuring Simon's music have recently been released: The Beatific Vision (on the Herald label), and Hush, Little Child (for Heritage), a CD of Christmas carols.
