Simon DinkalaSimon Dinkala was born in a village in Central Kongo in the Democratic Republic of Congo, on March 3, 1953. He studied Psychology and Development. He has long worked in the Congolese Administration then in the UN system including UNICEF and UNDP. Aftr fifteen years of good and loyal service in Canadian administration on DRC, Simon Dinkala retired in 2020. In his leisure time, he acts as a music artist and holds four song albums still unpublished. As he loves humor and writes a lot of little jokes, his retirement provides him with the opportunity to enter the movie field fully. He preciously uses his time on writing a series of educative TV, series which is an innovating concept built around a classroom context and refers to an approach that favors behavior shift through entertainment.
