Silvia GaianiDr Silvia Gaiani holds 2 PhDs, one in International Cooperation and Policies for Sustainable Development and one In Food Policies and Economics from the University of Bologna, Italy. She is currently working as a food loss and waste specialist at FAOin Rome. She has previously been a research fellow at the University of Bologna and has worked as a consultant for WMO, the Italian Research Council, and a number of NGOs.
