Signe Berglin HillSigne Berglind Hill was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest. She graduated from Burnley School of Professional Art with a degree in Graphic Art. She also earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Western Governors University. Betwen acquiring her degrees, Signe married, raised two boys, and pursued an eclectic mix of interests including quilting, stamping, scrapbooking, and cooking. She has worked as a caterer, craft consultant, elementary school office manager, professional organizer, and free-lance graphic artist.
